1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Cleros AI (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a law firm or corporate entity, you represent that you have legal authority to bind such entity.
Cleros AI provides litigation intelligence instruments, multi-agent legal reasoning, and synthetic jury simulations strictly as strategic decision-support aids for qualified legal practitioners. The Platform does not constitute legal advice or formal attorney representation.
2. Case Credits & Billing
Case credits are prepaid units of account that permit ingestion and full 7-agent DAG analysis and unlimited jury simulations for a single identified case matter. Purchased credits do not expire and are non-refundable once deployed to process active matter records.
3. Confidentiality & Work Product
All case materials uploaded to Cleros AI remain the sole exclusive property of the uploading user or firm. Cleros AI will never utilize client case documents, deposition transcripts, or outputs to train or fine-tune public machine learning models.
