1. Prepaid Credit Purchases
Cleros AI operates on a prepaid credit model. Purchasing credit packages grants the user case-credits which can be consumed at the rate of 1 credit per case analysis.
Credits do not expire. Because credit consumption triggers dedicated multi-agent LLM reasoning panels, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
