1. Zero Model-Training Commitment
Cleros AI was built specifically for trial attorneys who handle highly sensitive, trade-secret, or privileged work product. We unequivocally commit: we never use your uploaded case documents, deposition transcripts, or attorney trial notes to train, retrain, or fine-tune public artificial intelligence models.
Your case files are processed within dedicated, ephemeral memory buffers with strict zero-persistence policies outside of your firm's encrypted tenant database.
2. Data Security & Storage
Data is protected by AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted exclusively within SOC 2 Type II certified data centers with 24/7 audit logging and automated vulnerability assessment.
3. Your Data Rights
You retain absolute ownership of all uploaded filings and generated reports. You may request total cryptographic erasure of any case docket from our systems at any time by contacting privacy@cleros.ai or deleting the matter from your dashboard.
